ALMOND FLOUR PANCAKES
http://bit.ly/ThePurplePassion
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbs coconut flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup water (consider soda water for slightly fluffier pancakes)
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp sea salt
coconut oil
fresh berries
Instructions
1- Combine almond flour, applesauce, coconut flour, eggs, water, nut meg and sea salt in a bowl, and mix together completely with a fork. The batter will appear a little thicker than normal mix.
2- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat with 1 tsp coconut oil.
3- Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan once it is fully heated. Spread out batter slightly if desired.
4- Flip like a normal pancake when the bubbles start showing up on the top, and cook for another minute or two.
5- Add more oil to the pan and repeat with remaining batter.
6- Top with fresh berries.
Note: If the pan is too hot, the cakes will stick, burn on the outside, and/or not cook entirely through.

Citrus Mint Spa Water
Replace juice and soda with this refreshing Citrus Mint Spa water!
Drinking mint-flavored water is a great home remedy for digestive problems, but modern research has proved that this natural diuretic can help stop colitis and irritable bowel syndrome. It is rich in vitamins A, C, and B12 with traces of iron, potassium, selenium, and zinc.
Ingredients:
2 Oranges (add some lemon slices if you like)
20 mint leaves (crushed)
1 gallon of water and ice
Wash and slice oranges into thin rings.
Break the mint leaves into small pieces.
Place ingredients into a dispenser/pitcher.
Fill with with ice and water, let the water soak up the flavor of citrus and mint for at least 10 minutes.
Be sure to add fresh mint leaves and then crush them. This crushing spreads the mint oil from the leaves so you can drink the water right away, or you can let it set for a few hours for a stronger flavor.
Try skinny fiber to help you lose those unwanted pounds . . for good!
